I’m an Elemis skincare junkie & loyalist. Bought the holiday gift set & tried this cleanser until the bottle was empty…and repurchased this size.
Leaves my 52 yo skin clean, not tight, and normal. Found the serum of the same line absorbed better after using this cleanser as opposed to other brands.
This is concentrated so a little dab goes a long way.
Note about packaging: I absolutely HATE the cap on this full size. It’s difficult to open & I literally have to slam it on the counter to close it.

Wish I would have read the reviews
I too had a bad reaction to this soap. Can't believe I spent that much. Don't know what the purpose of amino acids is but my face is sensitive and became red and irritated. Should have asked for a refund. It cleansed my skin (unlike most of your cleansers that do nothing) but it's a little harsh. I only got this because you discontinued the gel cleanser with the scrubbing bits.

Perfecr, except the cap
A face washes that melts away my makeup (including stubborn eye makeup), doesn’t irritate my eyes, doesn’t make my skin breakout, and seems to leave my skin in better condition after every use. I didn’t think the combination was possible after years of trying various brands at various prices. Not every skin type can respond the same way to every product, but for anyone looking for an incredible new product, it is definitely worth a try. Except be mindful of your nails as you’re opening it. Wish the incredible minds behind this formula had helped create a better cap design. To say it is infuriating to open it once or twice daily is an understatement. I’m going to give it some time and hope someone at Estée Lauder fixes this quickly enough before the customers who actually love what the product offers walk away.

glee in a bottle
This gelee fash wash is glee in a tub! I have been using perfectly clean in the blue tube for around 20 years. I love it! I got this Advance night cleanser as a full sized sample in a GWP and had to run out and buy it. It feels and smells fabulous. It doesn't leave my skin squeaky clean (which I didn't like at first) but it make all of my other Estee Lauder products work better. Maybe my skin was getting to dried out. Highly recommend

Maybe it cleans well but this product barely lathered for me. It didn’t matter how much water I used, it always stayed in the gel form. Though you don’t need lather to clean well, I do prefer a lathering cleanser so this isn’t for me.
