Gorgeous Dress - Great if you're tall!

I used the Nordstrom styling service and the stylist, Carolynn Houldstrom, did an amazing job suggesting a number of dresses for me. They were all my style, and this one that I ordered fits perfectly! I'm 5'11" and it comes all the way to the floor, so I can wear it with low heeled sandals for a friend's wedding. If average height you could wear it with high heels and it would be floor length. The photo doesn't do it justice - it has beautiful shimmery threads running through it. The twist detail on front hides a tummy and the slit on the side is not too high - even being tall it hits at my mid-thigh. Usually finding clothes is a chore but this was a great experience and so easy. I can't wait to wear it!

Couldn't even zip it

I am normally a 12 or 14 dress. I ordered this in a size 14 to be safe, but I couldn't even zip it. I do have an ample bosom and I think that was part of the problem. ( 40D bra size - not extreme, but too big for this dress!) Just beware. I returned it obviously.

Simply beautiful and elegant

Arrived on time in a sturdy box which was really nice instead of a floppy bag like when I have ordered from other places. Gorgeous dress, more beautiful in person because you can see the gold threads glistening. Great fit that can be for many body types. I had to take for alterations as usual as I am 5”1’ (which of course increases the total price of the dress; the unfortunate fate of many short girls). The dresses I like rarely tend to come in Petite (get it together designers!). Love the dress though. Very happy with it.

Perfect for formal events and weddings

Perfect fit and very elegant. Much dressier than pictured because it has sparkly threads throughout. Only negative is the zipper is very difficult to work with. This is not a dress to wear if you don’t have a helper on hand.

So pretty, but small in bust

The fabric was SO much prettier in person. Its soft and shimmery. However, it didnt zip up over bust (38DD). Ill have to return. 16 usually fits.

Way Better in Person

This dress is beautiful and fantastic quality, the only downside is the zipper is not your friend, everything was perfect, but the zipper. I had to return it.
