Pretty dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dress is very pretty but sizing is slightly weird. I originally ordered a S but then it was ro tight around the hip area so I exchanged for a M which was baggy everywhere else. I am 5’5” 138 lbs, 34C, 28 in most Levi pants and usually a S/M in clothes!
