Arrived Smashed
Product quickly shipped to me. It was drop shipped—so the package did not originate from Nordstrom. The product box itself does not have any cushioning and no packaging at all was placed around the product box before being placed into the shipping carton. Even though the shipping carton arrived intact and undamaged, at least one of the glasses inside arrived smashed. There needed to be dunnage, styrofoam or bubble wrap added to protect the fragile contents during standard transit.
On top of that, I just received an email from Nordstrom saying that my refund request has been denied…which is just ludicrous. Do they want me to ship it back to them? There are chards of glass everywhere!
