Why is there different gendered options for black?

I wish the men’s version came in black with black stripes. It’s boggles my mind how it’s only on the women’s version. While I would just get the women’s unfortunately my feet are too wide for them because the lady’s are different. Very disappointing how we can’t have all colours in both men and women’s or at least have different width options. Why are we having different gendered options for a neutral colour way like black?

Stable multipurpose shoe that can also run

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoe is everything reviewers said. It is like a EVO SL but the upper has better lockdown and gusseted tongue. The heel is more stable with the carbon wings on sides. The midsole foam TPEE has same bounce without being unstable. While I wouldn't buy it for only running, for running plus everything else it is great.
