My picky husband loves them
My husband has a 36" waist but athletic thighs and often prefers XL for comfort in the hip and thigh area. He bought XL in these and they are perfect with a very comfortable drawstring waist that he can cinch to fit just right. They are lightweight and slightly stretchy woven fabric, and he can layer with long underwear if he is hiking in a colder climate. He's looking forward to wearing these during our upcoming trip in the Rocky Mountains.

Might be intended to be a bit more of a fashion pants but would not be able to use these to climb at all. Fit is way too tight and no stretch at all
Sizing is way too tight. Perhaps the intended use was more of a fashion pants

Great hiking pants for summer
The fabric is really thin but supe breathable and solid (i wouldn’t advice to sit on an abrasive stone to eat though). The cut is perfect
