Country II Sneaker (Men)

How did you transform a walking shoe into something hard to walk in? The heel is so hard and stiff that even casual walking around the neighborhood is out of the question. Once they break in the leather is great, but the footbed was too firm and the heel is solid as a rock. I had to add a small insert to make these wearable. These look amazing and I get a lot of compliments. I planned to use them as a casual walking shoe, but thats not possible. If i had paid full price i would be upset. They are gorgeous fashion shoes at a discount, but do not expect to walk around in them much.
