Not a good sweater
I don't know what else to say other than I promptly returned it without trying it on. I've seen better clothes at Target. I'll say "True to Size" since I can't submit the review without selecting the radio button first.

The linen blend fabric is light enough to hang nicely but will be warm enough over sleeveless tops on cool evenings or air conditioned restaurants. I go the small in navy and the fit is great. For reference I am 5' 4" and weigh 116
