Excellent Customer Service
On Nov. 30, I ordered three items for Christmas gifts. One arrived, but the other two (a Cutter and Buck jacket and tee) failed to be delivered. On Dec. 13, I contacted Customer Service. They investigated, and on Dec. 15 gave me a refund. I reordered the two items which were FedExd to me from Iowa. I received them yesterday with plenty of time to wrap and place under the Christmas tree. Thank you Nordstrom for excellent service.
