Tears within 2 months
Not the most durable coat and has already torn at the sleeve within 2 months of purchase. Wouldn't buy from North Face again since they don't warranty this. Going back to Patagonia next time.

Poorly delivered
I bought this jacket for my fiancé as a Christmas present. It got delivered very quickly, but poorly packaged. The jacket was delivered in a CLEAR plastic bag that was left on my porch that my fiancé had to pick up and bring inside. Why would you package a $200 jacket inside of a clear bag for neighbors to see what’s inside and potentially steal if they wanted to? Even worse, my fiancé knows what he’s getting for Christmas now. Good job, Nordstrom. Keep up the good work.
