What it is: A daily cleanser powered by 2% salicylic acid that helps clear and prevent acne and unclog pores.

What it does: The face cleanser is formulated with 2% salicylic acid tp remove dirt and excess oil. It helps keep pores clear for healthier-looking skin
How to use: Use cleanser twice daily, morning and night. Pump 2–3 times and massage gently over wet skin, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry. After blemishes clear, continue using for preventative care. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce usage.

The only thing that worked for me!
I used to use the Clinique 3 step system for years, but as I age I began to have adult acne. Large painful cysts and pimples plagued my face and it was embarrassing.
I tried other products and nothing helped completely.
I decided to try Cliniques Acne Solutions line and within days my skin cleared. I can't live without this line now.
Wether you're young or old and have acne this will be your new best friend.

Did nothing for my acne
I tried this product along with its companion clarifying lotion for body acne. Its done absolutely nothing to help my skin. If anything it has made things worse with more breakouts.

Fresh & Clean
I love the Acne Solutions Cleansing Foam and have used it for years. I just love the way it freshens my face and provides that boost of acne solutions that does the trick to clear my face and keep it clear. As an adult that still experiences acne, it is great to have a product that is safe, not harsh and can be used daily. My cleansing routine would not be the same without it! Try this product and you will not be disappointed.

At last
I am 29 - I struggled with acne a lot in my teens and had 4 years of blissfully clear skin in college, by some miracle. Around the age of 23, I started getting acne again during a certain time of the month. I have sensitive skin, so many products on the market either didn't work, or left my skin burning, flaking, red, itchy or all of the above.
I like this face wash - I use it at night. I usually do two pumps, wash well, and then do one more pump, just to make sure I've cleared away all of the dirt and grim (I have very oily skin). This is a little bit drying, and I use lotion every morning and night cream in the evenings, and I've had no flaking or irritation. I think that if I did not moisturize, it might cause some extra dryness.
Coincidentally, it's that time of the month right now and I have some blemishes. After using this face wash the last few nights, the blemishes are small (drying up) and almost gone. I love it and will continue to use it.

Great for acne
I have acne prone skin and this is the only face wash that I can see a noticeable improvement with. It works especially well with the 'acne solutions' toner and lotion.

Decent
I've repurchased this many times over the years. It can be drying, especially in winter months so be generous with your moisturizer. And I've found that it works best when you shake it each time before use. I think some of the chemicals separate, because when the bottle gets low, it wreaks havoc on my face. Now that I shake it I've never had that problem.
