One earbud rarely works.
These were a replacement pair of other Sennheiser earbuds that were replaced 2 times for a similar reason.
I expected more of Sennheiser. I'll be buying a different brand in the future.

Underwhelming
Don’t pair well with Apple, calls keep dropping out, do not fit well in mine or my husbands eard and sound quality overrated. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Awesome - why spend more (or less actually).
Had these replaced under warranty for my CX True Wireless Plus and the service from Sennheiser was second to none. the sound quality is awesome, deep bass, deep filled mid and tingling treble, the noise cancelling is a step up from the last pair and I feel isolated in listening to my fave tunes. Just listened to 'kiss and say goodbye' by 'the Manhattans and sounded glorious as if I was there in the studio, I am very impressed. I initially struggled with finding the sweet spot for the touch pads on each earpiece but soon got the hang of it as was the same for the CX pair previously. Well done Sennheiser.

Not good don’t buy
Very low sound and not as good as apple EarPod for my iPhone.
