So nice I will buy it twice
Same with my other reviews, I have several pieces of Fjallraven kit, both Skogso's normal and padded. Greenland Winter, two Expedition Mid Winter's, Sten Jacket etc.
I was a fan of another well known brand that specialises in down insulation, however with down being from Northern Ireland when it gets wet, it loses its loft. So I came across to Fjallraven. A decision that I have not regretted considering my collection.
The Sten Jacket is a lovely jacket, but I wanted something without a hood, light enough for the summer.
Enter the Abisko Light Fleece and in flame orange 😍
Lovely and light, perfect for the better weather and slim enough to use as a layering piece. Great fit, a perfect bit of kit.
The only changes I would recommend is the leather zip pullers to make it complete. But top marks again for the Artic Fox Brand 👏

What is this jackets remit?
I can’t work out what you would use this jacket for. Wind rips through it. It’s thin so provides little if any warmth. It provides you with a couple of pockets but beyond that nothing. You could say it is a Summer jacket but as mine is black it’s not really a Summer colour.
It’s also not the easiest to get your arms into. The material drags against your shirt sleeve.
The fit is quite tight. I have a size small which is a snug fit. All in all I find it a puzzling item of clothing.

ALMOST perfect
As others have said this is a great fleece. I bought it to wear under a shell jacket on days it’s not cold enough to wear a full on coat.
The fit is pretty true to size, though the arm holes are a bit tight. I often have to readjust my tshirt once I’ve put it on before it’s comfortable. That’s the only thing I’d change, otherwise it’s a great addition to my wardrobe.
Can also be worn just as a light jacket on a cooler summer night or spring day. It’s easily thrown in a backpack so I tend to always have it around.

Flattering Jacket with some neat trivia
If you are a former military member and are familiar with the standard issued waffles we were issued for out winter gear then this might feel familiar to you. It feels lighter weight and more breathable while maintaining its insulation properties. And neat fun fact it’s also 100% recycled. I’m a man of many shapes and sizes and the jacket really hides the fact that I was a military man. The thumb holes are subtle enough to be missed but once found it makes the jacket feel like one long fingerless glove. If I had kids I pass this to them. For now, this is mine.

Solid fleece
A little tight in the armpits/shoulders. I was surprised that the zipper was on the left side for a men's fleece. Overall solid product and materials. Would purchase again!

Great fleece
Nice fleece with the perfect amount of warmth while being active. The cut is perfect but they should do a grey color one!
