peeling after one wear
I love the shoes super comfy but I wore them one time and they are peeling on the bottom… I tried to call to see if I could get a replacement and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. If someone could please reach out to me that would be great

The seam on the outside is already falling apart and snagged. There’s now thread coming out of the seams and they look bad and less polished
