Heel snapped
I was very excited when I got this heels. I bought them to wear for my company holiday party. They didn’t last very long. Within the first two hours at the company party, my right heel snapped off. Not sure what to do. I can go find a cobbler to fix the heel. But I have a feeling this is a quality issue with the shoes. If that is the issue. I would like to know if others had this issue as well. I would like a new right heel and avoid the hassle of getting it fixed. Very disappointing, considering I heard great reviews regarding this brand.
