cute bag but what?
Am I missing something? To use the cross body strap the clips are INSIDE the bag so you have to leave it open and unzipped. What? No.

I love this bag. The leather is so soft. The structure just really elevates the look. Love that it has a crossbody strap. There was a previous review about the strap. You connect it under the zipper on each side. Truly a lovely bag!
