neck doesnt stretch!
i tried to put this on my four year old daughter but the fabric around the neck doesnt stretch so therefore cannot put it on her! cant return since i took the tag off. bought two different sizes for both daughters but its the same around the neck, DOESNT STRETCH OUT!
