[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is super light and easy to carry. Everything works as it should. The zippers glide properly, etc. I would classify it as a computer bag and not an overnight bag. I just wish it was a little bigger.

I have had this bag for a year now and have tried to love it, but I honestly just hate it. I’ve used it as my work bag. The bag has such a rigid structure that the zippers have torn up my fingers trying to get into pockets. The structure has also collapsed after just a year and it now slouches to one side. It’s unusually heavy compared to any other bag and it’s become a pain to commute with. I’ve really tried for a whole year with this bag but am now looking for a new one - really regret investing in this.

I've had the tote and the handled backpack in Navy for about 3 weeks. I am a weekly traveler and I've carried the combo for two trips. The color and shape of both bags is absolutely gorgeous, however the functionality of both bags is challenged. For a less hardcore traveler this may fit the bill. The tote is tight and narrow so anything bulky inside will start to misshape the bag. This item disappointed me the most. While it does have 4 zipper compartments - they are tight, the straps have begin to show wear after 2 trips which is crazy for the price point of this collection. The backpack is tight...excellent design aspects, but poor execution. The extra tech bag is nice with its magnetic feature but it detracts from the inside space. The zippered pockets in the front are tight. Fully loaded, this backpack offers zero give. I am afraid that the magnetic handles will too show signs of wear soon. Handles in the same bag material or a mixed combo would have been more functional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bag is too tall and does not fit underneath the seat in the airplane. There is too much padding in the 'computer' section that takes away space from the main section. Also there is a weird flap/attachment in the computer section that is not needed and my things get caught on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tote because I want to try a tote for work and as a flight attendant, having a tote seems to be easier than having a backpack because it seems more classy like. Has several compartments. It also has a little zipper wallet thing that you can put stuff in and it can detach from the purse. There’s a little button that allows you to snap the wallet back into the bag. It also has a sleeve for the water bottles to go in the bag as well and then there’s also the laptop or iPad slide on one side of the bag. The bag seems to be very sturdy and it also has great zippers.

However, I find that the bag/pockets are very narrow with very little give, so while it appears to have a lot of room, it actually only does if you only put flat items in. This detracts a bit from its usefulness/function. I will continue to use this bag, but I do wish it had a bit more functional room.
