I love these shoes! they
I love these shoes! they are so comfortable- i've worn them all day to both the office and on weekends. They will be the first itme packed on a trip this summer to London and Paris. Your customer experience is a home run from start to finish. the first pair I ordered was too big, and the next size down was not available so I tried these. the exhange process was super easy. I have already ordered 2 more pairs and can't wait until they arrive!

do not buy shoes from Nordstrom Topanga store
They lie to you and tell you, the shoes will get more comfortable, just to get the sale. Don’t trust them they’re terrible at that store especially the designer department is the worst.

Gorgeous shoes but you woud think for the price there would be some kind of support, sadly absolutely zero support. They are super soft and very pliable. I will be returning.

pretty but delicate and oversized
These run large and wide. Bought these in a 39W (my normal size) but they were way too big. Bought 38.5W and they’re comfortable but slipping off of my foot. The color is a pretty medium brown they goes with many different outfits but the soles are already really roughed up from just one afternoon of walking. They’re not going to last very long. For this price, I expected a sturdier shoe.

One size too small next size too big
Nice shoes but the 7 1/2 was too small and the 8 too big. Unfortunately I wore the size 8 shoes so I’m not sure if I can return them.

Fit is an issue
Very cute shoes but the fit is off. I sized down and still didn’t fit right. Constantly slipping off my feet. I had the tie it really tight for the shoes to stay on.
