I did not receive the inside bags I have communicated this previously and have still have not heard back from you. The luggage is great but where are my bags?

Disappointed in packing cubes.
They are lightweight which is good; however I don't recommend them. The smallest one is so small, I will never use it. The largest one was too small to hold all of my shirts OR all of my shorts. The bags should have a handle.
