Quality dress but runs large

If this dress hadn't been ENORMOUS, I would've liked it a lot: thoughtful beadwork, flattering cut, pretty design. But the sleeves were longer than every finger except one, I could grab several inches at the waist, and it went down to my ankles. For reference: I ordered a 10 and I'm 5'5" and 144 lb.
