PSA - Buyer beware!
I purchased this suitcase in green with the matching overnight bag for my mother for Christmas on Black Friday. However, I the suitcase I received was black, not green. I spoke with Nordstrom customer service multiple times to get it exchanged for the correct item, but because this comes from a third party, Nordstrom couldn’t price match or exchange for the actual item I ordered. I also contacted the third party company directly and they also refused to help, stating that I needed to go through Nordstrom. Now I’ve had to repurchase this item at full price in the hopes that I will receive the correct item in time for the holiday. Certainly not the type of customer service I have come to expect from Nordstrom. Will definitely not be buying anything not guaranteed by Nordstrom’s return policy ever again.

Amazing, stylish, versatile
Incredibly stylish, boat-loads of space and feels really secure. I love how simple the lock mechanism is, it just feels and looks high quality. Will definitely be buying the larger version for longer trips!
The front pocket is very useful, and the wheels glide really easily!

Walks well, but not very durable
This is super smooth to walk around an airport. However, the zips can be a bit annoying and don’t flow as well as the wheels. The main thing I’m disappointed with though is how not durable the case is. I’ve brought it on one trip and it’s already quite scuffed.
