PSA - Buyer beware!
I purchased this suitcase in green with the matching overnight bag for my mother for Christmas on Black Friday. However, I the suitcase I received was black, not green. I spoke with Nordstrom customer service multiple times to get it exchanged for the correct item, but because this comes from a third party, Nordstrom couldn’t price match or exchange for the actual item I ordered. I also contacted the third party company directly and they also refused to help, stating that I needed to go through Nordstrom. Now I’ve had to repurchase this item at full price in the hopes that I will receive the correct item in time for the holiday. Certainly not the type of customer service I have come to expect from Nordstrom. Will definitely not be buying anything not guaranteed by Nordstrom’s return policy ever again.

Will not receive correct item
I ordered this twice in Blue and received the Green both times. Like previous reviewers said, very difficult to work with Nordstrom getting the right product/compensation for discounts bc this is distributed by Antler directly. I'd be cautious ordering unless you're ok with any color

Good luck getting what you actually ordered
Same exact issue as a previous reviewer: I ordered in green and received black. Nordstrom coule not process an exchange for the right color due to this being a marketplace seller. They can only return and you must reorder for yourself so they are not able to honor the sale price if you bought on sale. The vendor confirmed via email that they received an order from me for the black color, so it is definitely an error between Nordstrom and the vendor. Was a total headaches of phone calls, store visit, and emails just to get it returned. You are better off purchasing something else.
