Broke first time using them!
I'm truly dissapointed... one of the straps broke as I was trying on the shoes! I was so excited to have my first pair of cozy booties and sadly these are not it.

Too Small
I ordered the size 8 because I wanted them a little roomie because I am normally a size 7 or 7.5. Big mistake. It’s hard to get them on and once I get them on, my toes hit the front. They are way too small.
