cannot get it off and poor quality
I was able to get this on - but yes very small - you can pull the string out for sizing but forget trying to get it off! I thought the thread (literally a thread) was going to break. Poor design and quality both. Don’t waste your time.

This is made for a toddler.
The picture is misleading and definitely not made for an adult. Quality is poor.
