Nightmare to return!
Purchased online and returned to my local store. Was told by the clerk I would receive my credit “shortly”. 12 days later I still have not received credit. Both customer service online and at the store told me I will have to wait for the vendor to credit me. Spoke to a total of 5 individuals and was told I should just wait. No one could tell me if the product had been sent back. Lousy product, terrible service. Nordstrom was one of my favorite stores, now I don’t think I will shop here again.

So cute but too loose
Love the look of these, I’m usually a 9.5 and ordered a 10 based on other reviews and they fit great lengthwise! However, I returned them because the top of them was so loose and I couldn’t get any traction when walking in them. So sad, I really loved them otherwise
