laziest packaging ever from Nordstrom
I received this bag banged up, scratched, straps bent to fit in a small box. Absolutely disgusted with Nordstrom for this packaging. Will be returning immediately and purchasing from coach

Bag Was Not Brand New
It’s a gorgeous bag but it arrived used. It didn’t even have a price tag. I will definitely be returning, as it’s a pricey bag to settle for it being used.

Stunning Bag!!
