Lipstick with no case
I ordered both a lipstick and the case and I did not receive the case. It said I returned it but I never received it. I was reimbursed. However, it is difficult to use the lipsticks without a case. After seeing the reviews I am reluctant to reorder. It would have been nice to know why my order was not received.

Lipstick with no case

Not sure I am going to be happy with this yet
I haven’t even received the lipstick itself yet, but the case it making me nervous already. When you take the case out of the velvet bag, which I hate, the mirror pops open so you have to keep this in a very basic, nondescript velvet baggie??? The 2 piece product is extremely pricey as well — over $80 for product and tax and even though lipstick is refillable you’d need a lot of refills to make it seem like a good value. On the other hand I’m absolutely delighted with the other lipstick I purchased at the same time - the Guerlain KissKiss Bee Glow Tinted Lip Balm for only $40. The tube is stunning and unique. The balm feels great on the lips and is a perfect every day color and there is no mirror that pops open - though you can kinda see your lips in the shiny case lol!

Wow where to begin. Not sure if mine cane defective but the mirror case will not stay closed! And the mirror is plastic...yikes. 010 do not recommend.

wrong shipping and packaging
I ordered two lipsticks, and both came in a soft envelope packaging, with damaged boxes and broken lipstiks inside!. Very very disappointed, had to take it back to the store for return.
