Never again
I will never again buy a purse on Nordstrom.com. My purse was a week late with zero explanation. Nordstrom would not honor the 20% price drop. Definitely my last purchase with Nordstrom. Which is a shame growing up in Washington State. Where, Nordstrom used to represent exceptional quality.

Its s huge bag with no zipper to fully close the bag. For the price I expected more. The color, to me, was not a true mahogany. Disappointing and returned.
