Traditional Fit No Iron Twill Shirt

I bought 2 different Men's Tall size L shirts in this order, and checked the labels on both on delivery. However, I tried to put on the non-iron twill shirt today, and I could not get into it. I then measured the width across the back of the shirt between the two side seams at the armholes, and compared that with the same measurement on the second shirt in the order and with another of my existing shirts, and the difference was around 7 cm. I must therefore return it, which is a great shame since the product is otherwise of great quality and a welcome addition to your relatively limited offering in the Men's Tall range, but useless unless it fits: it would appear to be a simple but crucial matter of mislabelling.
