Runs very small - get a full size up
They are very cute but I have had to exchange them twice now because they run so small. I very reliably wear an 8.5 but exchanged or a 9 - still too way too small. I am now waiting to get a 9.5 and hoping they fit. I would size up at least a full size.

Wrong item
I wanted to receive these boots but received a long faux suede jacket instead. It was from a third-party seller. Nordstrom helped to return item. I can only hope there is no further problem when item gets to the seller.
