Less than happy with Pact and Nordstrom
I've purchased these panties from Nordstrom before and from Pact (directly) before and IMHO there is way more Elastane than the 5% printed on the panties I just received in this most recent order. Holding them in my hand next to the previous orders, they feel less soft and more "plastic-y" (I know that's not a word, sorry, it fit the feel). I'm pretty disappointed and I hope that Pact does some auditing at their factories.
Also, one of the benefits of Pact is supposed to be less packaging material. Ironically, Nordstrom shipped the small pre-packaged Pact bag of panties in a giant flat cardboard box big enough for a couple dresses or jeans. Know your customer, Nordstrom!
