Anabel Wedge (Women)

These are promising. The velco straps are good for a person like me who has problems with the toes and forefoot, but super skinny across the instep and heel. I got the caramel color, which blends nicely with the “suede” footbed and out sole, the small layer of cork and rubber platform. As they are whole sizes only, I went up from my regular 8.5 (always) to the 40EU and it seems fine. The only reservation I am having is with the long edge of the front toe strap; as I can feel the stitching depending on my adjustments to the rear foot strap. I really do like the adjustability, and the shoes don’t look “old”; in fact I and the husband think they look pretty stylish. That’s saying something! I’m going to give these a test run in the house, but for now it’s not an automatic “no”. Thank goodness!
