Highly Disappointed.
Purchased these shoes and have had to return them on two separate occasions. First pair was mailed to me in zip lock bags and the soles were scratched up, absolutely unacceptable. The replacement pair were sent and the brooch of the left shoe tore up the satin heel in the other shoe, all with used soles yet again. Customer service was unhelpful over the phone to rectify the situation. Surprised and highly disappointed with Nordstrom.

I just can't believe the shoe department ordered me the wrong shoe . I think i deserve a gift card from Nordstrom for 1. ordering me the wrong shoe, and 2. for me having to wait 50 minutes to order the shoes and exchange all over again !!!
