I absolutely love my hatch! I love all the settings and how much you can customize things and personalize them. I’m actually sticking to a routine and getting my sleep schedule back on track.

Never worked
I really wanted to love this item, but I was never able to make it work. Plus, to get the most out of it, you must pay a subscription. I didn’t expect that. I downloaded the app and I was never able to use the features because it kept saying I was offline. Sadly, I had to return.

sent a used/defective device
When paying $200 for an item, it’s expected that the device comes brand new. The box was already opened, no product wrapping and was already dirty. I tried to connect it to wifi but it said could not register and that they’d troubleshoot in 1-2 days via email. Bad first impression. My sister loves hers so I might try again, but I will not be purchasing from Nordstrom and I don’t think any of you should either.

Just Okay
If I could give it a rating alone for how well the alarms wake me up, I give it a 4/5. However, the app interface is atrocious. I’m pretty tech savvy but it’s merely impossible to identify free soundscapes/meditations/radios/alarms especially on the free trial premium setting. Which they force you to do and everyone and their mother will earn you about it. My problem isn’t so much that I get a free trial, it’s that I can’t search all free sounds to explore when the trial is over. One sound recommended one day will never populate again on the search. Very frustrating. Waking up fresh though!

Never thought that I was
Never thought that I was going to buy this but I caved and bought it and I love it! I am normally a mean person in the morning but using the Hatch I feel more energized and not jolted awake like my phone alarm does too me!
