do not buy this brand
I would advise you to buy a different brand. The quality of this luggage has been declining since day one. The handle locking mechanism is broken and you have to fight it. The grip is getting all mealy. I just had to break into it during a trip because the combo lock mechanism broke. I reached out to Herschel because they do have a credit policy but they’re wanting me to completely destroy my luggage and then send them pictures. Their products are cheap and I do not agree with their policies. Please save yourself and buy another brand.

This is listed as a large carry on suitcase. It’s tiny with no large features at all. I included a photo of a standard carry on suit case. It’s about 2.5 inches shorter and about 2 inches narrower. It looks like it’s for kids.

Disappointed
I had high hopes for this carryon but the zipper got messed up the first day I used it and the handle wouldnt even come up and is very flimsy

Disappointed, but time will tell. . . . .
Bought this product only because of the sale price and discount given due to unwarranteed previous Herschel carry on. Doesn't feel as quality as a product as others in the same price range and size category. Wheels feel cheap. Case/body feels flimsy. Handle doesn't feel as strong as others. Guess we'll see after a couple of trips. Warranty isn't as good as Herschel claims though. Honestly, I would probably return for a refund if it wasn't a close out item.
