Cloudswift 3 AD Running Shoe (Women)

I am so disappointed in this shoe. I recently tried on the oncloudswift in a 7 and they fit perfectly but not enough support for everyday walking. I don’t run due to weak knees and ankles. I enjoy long walks and these were recommended for walking by On website. I like others sized up a half size to a size 7. Only to get them and my toe is poking out the top. Zero room at the end of the shoe. I would say these run an entire size smaller. I typically wear a size 6-6.5 in flats and 6.5-7 in sneakers. I will have to return these and get a size 7.5. I have never owned a sneaker that big. To say On needs to get their sizing right is an understatement. I took out the removal liner and it says size 6-7. It should say, 5-6. Very disappointed. Especially because now I have to wait another week for them to arrive and make a trip to the store to get a faster refund than mailing them back. I also wish they had a tab at the back to help get them on your feet.

This is the second pair I’ve had to return due to size. I think it’s safe to say, either steer clear from these shoes or be ready to size-up a whole 1 1/2 size. don’t just do half a size! Example: I’m typically a size 5 if I were to order for the third time, I would order a size 6 1/2! But all honesty, I believe the size 7 would fit me too!

I am blown away by the comfort of these shoes. I bought them 6 months before our 2-1/2 week trip to Paris. I normally wear a size 10M which I originally bought, but they were a tad small so exchanged them for a 10-1/2 M which fit perfectly. I kept them in the box and put them on the morning we were going to the airport with some hesitancy about wearing brand new shoes for the first time on a long trip. To my surprise, after arriving at our hotel 20 hours later they were so comfortable I didn’t even want to change them to go out to dinner. In total, I probably wore them 24 hours straight which is unheard of for brand new shoes. Throughout our vacation I wore them everyday, walking for hours around Paris, Versailles, on the subway, etc. in total comfort. Never did I have to go to my stash of bandaids that I always bring on trips in anticipation of blisters from too much walking. Unbelievable how happy I am with these shoes. I definitely recommend them!
