Retro Runner Mesh Sneaker (Women)

I wanted a cute, but practical sneaker for walking the streets of Lisbon and Barcelona. When I tried them on in the store, the day before I left on my trip (bad idea), they felt fine. I wore them twice on my three week vacation...once for an hour or so and the second time for a longer walk--bad idea! I had two big blisters on my heel...not good. The back of the shoe is very stiff; take this seriously as you can tell when you are trying them on. The sneakers are really cute and have a nice tread, but if you are walking for more than 30 mins skip these and find something else. If you plan on shuttling everywhere or just sitting in hotel lobby's, these are your girls!

I had these in my wish list and pulled the trigger once they went on sale! Soooo Happy 😊 with my purchase! These shoes feel perfect straight out of the box and all the extra details make them feel like luxury! Check out the shoe string tip that says "rag & bone" 🥰 I ordered the 38 and they fit great! For reference, my Veja esplar sneakers are a 39, Blondo booties are 7 1/2 and Fitflop are a 7. If you are on the fence, I would say Order them, wear them around the house and if you're not in love simply mail them back with Nordstrom's super easy returns!!

I really loved how these looked. I bought them to take to Europe. They were pretty comfortable. My big issue is the tongue slides over to the side within minutes. All day I was bending over to pull it back over. These are way too expensive to have that design flaw. In the end, I took them back and explained the issue.
