Beckham Tassel Lug Loafer (Women)

I purchased the perforated white shoe, and my normal size is 8. Based on other reviewers' I bought a size 9. The larger size was 1/2 size too long (but this shoe does not offer 1/2 size increments), the width was a tad tight, but I would expect the leather to expand over time. I'm sending them back because the depth of the shoe was lacking, and my heel flipped out like flip-flops. Once I put orthotics in, it was worse. What a beautiful shoe, but what an epic fail. Thus, the 2-star rating.
