Smart Alarm Clock

The clock wouldn't connect to my wifi. I connected my phone to a different wifi to see if that had a better connection. When I went to go set it up the second time around the clock kept switching back and forth from saying "Waking Up", to "Loftie" to just having a black screen. I unplugged the clock, held the small button down to reset it and it was frozen on the Loftie screen. I thought maybe I had to hold it down for longer. After holding the reset button down for 5 minutes straight and no reset happening, I tried one more time to do the reset process and it remained frozen on the Loftie screen. I put it in the box and haven't touched it since. There's nothing on their website to troubleshoot this so I have been at a loss of what to do to fix the issue. I didn't return it because I really want this clock to work so I can actually use it to see if it's worth the purchase. So far very disappointed.

This clock provides an absolute relief compared to my iPhone alarms. The accompanying app is a nice feature as well. Looks cute on my desk. After years of using phone alarms its nice to have a physical device to wake me up while still have some nice additional features that you can't find on a traditional alarm clock.
