Great option for busy households

For anyone pressed for time to put together a delicious, well-thought-out meal at the end of the day, slow cookers are a fantastic option. My wife bought a Crock-Pot before we even met, and the first time I saw her use it, I didn’t have the first idea what it did or why it was different. But I promise you that the first time I tried the results from it, I was sold. She just loaded up her ingredients put in the right amount of liquid covered it and turned it on. That was it. As soon as I came home, the entire apartment smelled delicious, enticing, and I couldn’t wait to find out what it was. We probably use our Crock-Pot every other week because it just makes sense. It saves time, it produces consistent results, and they always turn out delicious. Adding liners makes the experience even easier when it comes to cleanup. Check it out for yourself.

No Good

Bought this crock pot for Christmas. It worked once and now it will not turn on at all. I contracted crock pot directly over a month ago. I have not heard back from them yet.

Another cracked crock

This is my third Crock Pot, and I’ve had it the shortest amount of time. I took the crock out to give it a quick clean before using it tomorrow to make dinner and was extremely disappointed to find a crack in it. I have only had it about a year and a half and expect better. I take very good care of my crock pots. I do not subject them to extreme temp changes and always use non scratching utensils. It’s just the basic model, but I still expect better craftsmanship from this company.

Not happy

Coating bubbles and comes off too easily. Scratches easily.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the coating is bubbling and scratching and that’s certainly not the experience we want you to have with your Crockpot. To help protect the surface, we recommend using non-metal utensils and avoiding abrasive scrubbers or harsh cleaners, as these can cause scratching or lifting of the coating over time. Allowing the unit to cool completely before cleaning can also help preserve the finish. That said, bubbling or peeling isn’t expected with proper use. We’d encourage you to reach out to us via https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us or through LiveChat. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9am -5pm Eastern Time. We are always happy to help. Thank you!
