b(air) - Kimmie Bootcut Jeans

Not as low as some of my (former) jeans and I appreciate that ;-) Can't speak for everyone but man these are the greatest! In fact, I just bought another pair and these babies ain't cheap! Here's my personals: 5'5', 133 or so, carrying a little more in the waist lately than I'd like. These jeans don't give you the dreaded muffin-top. The minute I tried them on, I knew we had a future. Hope they work for you too.

I am 5'1" and saw reviews about these being generously long but had no idea how long that meant. To keep these jeans, I would have to cut off the legs just below the knee to fit in length as intended. By doing this, the entire overall fit and look are lost. For the cost of the jean and then alterations to address the length and have the pockets placed where they should sit etc...it's not worth it, and I am sending them back. I hope the day comes that denim designers will consider those of us who are not of average height or tall and make the same jean to fit the petite and short frame.

I agree with the other reviewers! These are perfect everyday jeans to dress up or down. Waist is high enough for the 3 kid pooch but not too high. Material is soft and extremely comfortable - feels like it molds to your body. My only criticism is the zipper and button are not aligned properly so it looks like your zipper isn't quite all the way up. I had my tailor close a portion of the button hole to give better coverage for the top of the zipper. They need to fix this imperfection. Hence the 4 starts. Other than that - these are a winner. I am 5'4 1/2" and 130lbs. 27 fit is excellent. Thats my regular size.

I got these for my mom for her birthday since they said they were amazingly stretchy and soft and I have to say, they're pretty amazing. She's really active for her age (especially with a new puppy) but she has the usual aging dislikes about the weight in her thighs so I wanted to get her a jean that was super comfy to wear but that would also slim her down in the leg and still fit in the waist. These did just the trick! She wore them to a nice birthday dinner and the dark wash was perfect for dressing up at night or down during the day. Ordering myself a skinny now cause I'm jealous that she has them and I don't!
