Midform Infinity Gladiator Sandal (Women)

Sesame is a darker gray-ish or clay-ish on my skin color, and not a light beige like I anticipated. The design with straps looks more generic than I expected too especially compared to the other pair of Tevas I have (pic). My feet are of regular width and while the straps were narrow at first, you can loosen them up. I returned it because of the color.

Like: color is a tad darker than marketing photos, but is a perfect neutral. Literally goes with everything. They are comfortable right out the box, I have wider feet and never had any scuffing or blisters, and I wore these for 2 plus hours of walking for three days. Dislike: honestly, I liked these shoes through and through. They are not a slip on shoe, you will have to sit down and get your foot in there and adjust the straps. I found the best way is to make sure the straps are snug, not strangling, and then leave some excess in the back. Once you pull the tightening strap the excess will tighten as well even though the two aren’t connected. They do slap a little like a flip flop, but if you tighten then correctly it’s not obnoxiously loud.

On my second time of usage, the strap on the front toes started to undo itself after ripping. It continued to rip as I tried to fix it which wouldn’t allow me to wear them again as I’m scared with movement they would rip completely compromising the shoe. Pretty sad I only got two wears from it.

These are a nice departure from the Teva signature look which I’m not a fan of. They are comfy and wide but they make that slapping sound like a flip flop would make as you walk. Your feet sit very flat in the shoe which I didn’t find attractive. I felt like Charlie Chaplin. Maybe because I’m a size 11 and I like an arch of some kind to give the illusion of a smaller foot. But if you like that sort of look, I have to say they are very comfy.
