What it is: A nonsticky serum formulated with tremella mushroom—a hyaluronic acid alternative—that leaves skin intensely hydrated, soft and plump.
What it does: Nature’s super moisturizer, tremella mushroom, can hold up to 500 times its weight in water and is scientifically proven to retain moisture better than topical hyaluronic acid. The formula is lightweight, not sticky, PEG-free and silicone-free and has a natural scent of floral and fruit.
Research results:
In a blind use test on 35 women and men, ages 28-35 years, study participants reported the following results after 1 week of twice-daily use:
- 91% agree the serum helps their skin bounce back from dehydration
- 91% agree their skin stayed hydrated all day
- 86% agree their skin feels firmer
How to use: Apply to damp skin after cleansing. Follow with an oil or moisturizer to seal in hydration. It can also be mixed with oils for a customized one-step moisture routine. Use daily, morning and night.

Instant Moisture and Plumping!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This serum is a lifesaver to restore moisture balance to my combination skin. This also mixes well with Herbivore’s other serums. I especially love mixing this with the Nova Vitamin C serum in the mornings. Great price compared to other HA serums and lasts forever since a little goes a long way. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Staple
I've been using this as a staple for I think 3 purchases. I do have to pair this with a moisturizer. I have very dry skin and as long as I put a moisturizer over this, this helps my skin stay hydrated all day.
