Received worn product

I received a worn product without price tag. The glasses are very dirty. It’s very obvious that someone worn it and returned it. I purchased a lot of things from Nordstrom. But the quality of their products are not as good as before. It’s not the first time that I received a worn product. So disappointing.

Received $517 glasses in a beat up Kate Spade case. The glasses feel cheap and the Miu Miu looks scratched. Also, the tag on the glasses says $500. Will be returning.

cheap quality

I was shocked when I opened the box - very thin, plastic alike feeling. Gold metal part was all stained, i was even scared to clean it because the quality felt so flimsy.
