Very nice looking coat
Although it cost more than I ideally wanted to spend, I’m happy with the coat. It has a lustrous look, it’s long - coming to my ankles (I’m 5’4”). The coat has an inside pocket which is always convenient for loosely held, important things like cash or ID. And even though I gained a few pounds, I am still able to zip up the coat and move comfortably in my usual size of large. This year, I haven’t seen many long length coats on the market that are as nice as this coat.

Warm and toasty!
My husband purchased this puffer coat for me a few months ago. Being quite petite I get cold easily during our cool and damp Seattle winters. Initially, upon trying it on, he suggested a pair of platform combat boots, something with a 3-4" thick perhaps would be appropriate. A few days later, a pair of knee-high Prada Black Monolith arrived along with down mittens and a lovely glossy black balaclava to keep my recently shaved head warm. We recently added a 6-inch wide glossy leather rear buckling belt (almost a corset) to my look, giving me an edgy look. I'm in love with this coat! All bundled up, I receive many compliments from other women. Protected from the elements!

Fashionably Warm
I am very happy with this purchase. I’m able to stay warm in the cold weather without having to sacrifice style! So many winter coats are frumpy and unattractive, but this coat is the warmest I’ve ever had and I feel fashionable wearing it. It’s a bonus that it’s water repellent—perfect for the snow! The only not so great part of the coat is that it’s about an inch too long for me. I’m 5’4”, so it sometimes hits the ground when it’s not zippered and when I’m not wearing heels, but most of the time it’s zippered, so it’s not a problem. The sizing was as expected (110 lbs ordered XS, I’m usually 0-2, so the sizing was true to the sizing guide).

Hmmmm Not Sure
This is my first Mackage coat and I must say it keeps me warm for sure. However, I don’t understand the reason behind this style as to why the top portion runs small but the hips part are ginormous! I’m 5”4 112 lbs. I ordered a M based on reviews which fits me well because I have slightly bigger chest but lord have mercy the hips portion are huge! It makes me look like i have mountain hips. This makes me look out of proportion! Plus, it made in China! Not sure I’ll keep it though. I love CG and I think I’ll stick with CG and it made in Canada LOLOL. Don’t get me wrong “made in China” is fine but certain items/brands shouldn’t lol.. for example, would you pay 7K for a Chanel bag “made in China”? Just saying !

Beautiful coat
In person, this coat looks great. My husband thinks it is “sexy.” A note about sizing: this coat is very close fitting, so if you are planning to wear layers or like a looser fit, you will want to size up. It is also long. I am 5’ 3” and it falls to my ankles so that model in the pictures is tall! I don’t mind the length because I live someplace with cold winters and wanted a coat that would help keep my legs warm and my pants dry. The coat has a two-way zipper in the front and snaps all the way down so you could keep the lower portion more open if you like. Despite being full-length, this coat is very light weight and there appears to be a nice amount of lofty down.

Beautiful but too large on the bottom
Great idea and gorgeous detail and material. For me, it was way too voluminous below the waist and just not flattering at all. I'm relatively thin and it made me look huge. I was very disappointed because I loved the look and idea of this jacket. I think it could work with the right body type.
