I love this brand - I currently own 5 different pairs of Ara shoes. This shoe is the exception. I purchased my normal size. Within hours of wearing them, I developed painful blisters near my ankles on both feet/legs. I'm not sure if the material is too high or the edge is too coarse, but these shoes will be returned. At this price point, this kind of issue shouldn't be happening.
