Charlotte's Genius Magic Loose Powder

I wanted to get this powder for a long time but I kept buying others because I just didn't want to get this because of the brand name or hype. I finally bought it and I really like it... I have others that are good, like the Thrive Cosmetics, which is good bit it darkness my under eyes. I feel that the Charlotte Tilbury gives me the blurring effect, and brightness I want. Now, I heard people mentioning that it has a bad smell but I don't smell it... It has a bit of a clay smell but nothing that I smell if I put it close to my face... On their defense, I do use an Amazonian Powder clay mask that smells super strong.. So anything compared to that is nothing to me. The packaging is cute but not as heavy as I was expecting. Being charlotte tilbury, I expected more of a glass weight and feel. However this still looks beautiful in a vanity. I say that this is good, and light. But there are a lot of powders out there that work fantastic. I really like the under eye brightening powder from Laura Geller, the Too Faced Born This Way Loose Powder... I say that you should consider if you want something that does the job or if you want something to treat yourself and you want a more luxe brand. Nothing wrong with wanting a luxury powder, but like I said, there are others that do the job and because of this I am taking off one star. Maybe if it came with more product or a glass packing then it will be 5 stars

This powder is amazing. I am 70 years old and had quit using powder for years because it aged me. Last summer I tried Laura Mercier powder and it was nice, but I felt that it still made my skin look older. I hesitated to buy this because of so many disappointmens and money spent in the past, but I decided to give it a try and it is the very BEST! It sets my makeup does not add any years to my skin and my makeup looks better than it has in years. One additional thing - the container is the best. They have provided a slide cover for the powder so it isn't messy and I so appreciate this added feature. It is worth every penny and I will continue to buy.

OMG! These Goodies are everything. CT magic powder is really magical! I’ve been using the Laura mercier setting powder for the last 3 years, and this one is way better. It doesn’t dry out your under eyes zone and erase any fine lines created by your concealer. I just love it

This has been the best powder I have ever tried by far. My skin is pretty oily so I’m very satisfied with my magic powder:)

I adore this powder! It looks so good on my skin to set my foundation. Almost traceless. I do not mind the subtle smell at all. I prefer a powder that is not overly fragranced. I am so happy that I purchased this powder and enjoy the fact that its ingredients are more natural.

love this powder! works great to blur imperfections and set makeup without making you look powdery or cakey. I have blonde hair and blue eyes and purchased shade 2 and I love it!
