501^® High Waist Crop Straight Leg Jeans

These jeans are typical Levi's jeans, high quality and the usual stiff denim feel. I used to wear 501's back when I was a teen because they were the most popular. These have zero stretch so if you need some stretch these are not for you. I could see how these would have worked if I sized up from my usual 28 but then the fit around the legs and hips would have been too loose. These also have fly button which is a look I love! I can see how these jeans work for certain body types. If your waist is small like the model in the picture, these will work. If you don't have a snatched waist or have a boy / straight waist, these are not for you! Also, the color on the picture is misleading. The wash on the jean has some color but the wash is your standard washed out look. The color is still nice but not like pictured. I wanted to keep these so bad but they're not for my body type. I have a straight, lean body and these made me have a major muffin top when I buttoned them. I think if you are curvy at thr bottom with a small waist then perfect for you. Sorry Levi's I wanted it to work but it didn't. Guess I gotta stick to my tried and true Mother jeans and Paige denim.
