I am a sheriff's deputy and have to wear my hair up. Most hairties tie too tight and make my head hurt. These don't make my head hurt.

Snagless hair ties
The hair ties are thick and do not snag my hair, but after only a few uses some of the elastic strings start sticking out/fraying. For the cost I would expect it to be more durable.
